TERMS OF SERVICE
This section is mainly for Discord Commissions as Fiverr tends act as a mediator for the client and the artist. However it's best to go over this as well so we can fover all the ground.
Terms of Service:
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:~1. Personal Use Only: All artwork is for non-commercial and personal use unless discussed otherwise.2. Credit: Crediting isn't mandatory but it'd be nice to get mentioned about it.3. Edits: Small revisions are allowed during the sketch phase. Major changes after final rendering may incur extra fees.4. Turnaround Time: Typically 2 weeks depending on the complexity and queue.5. Communication: You will be updated on progress after the clean lineart phase and after the base coloring. Unless otherwise requested.6. Right to Refuse: I reserve the right to decline any commission I am uncomfortable with or cannot complete.7. Rights: I retain the right to display the artwork in my portfolio or on social media, unless you request it remain private.
How to send Payment (Discord Users):
Payments are made upfront via Paypal or Payoneer once I confirm your slot. (Payoneer Preferred)1. Invoice: I will send an invoice or direct link after we’ve discussed the details.2. Commssion Start: Work begins after payment is received.3. Prices: Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
Refund condition:
Refunds are possible under the following conditions:1. Full Refund: if I haven’t started or can no longer complete the piece.2. Partial Refund: if I’ve already begun (amount depends on how far along the work is).3. No Refund: after the final artwork is completed and delivered.
